Scaling Back the Fed Way Overdue


It is way past time to take this Federal Government back to what the Constitution and the Federalist Papers DECLARED it to be. This is not negotiable, this is law! Right now our Federal government is hindering the media and the people from seeing first hand the devastation of the current oil spill. They are hindering because they are not taking care of the situation as they should, nor are they allowing the states affected to take care of their part, which is a violation of the rights of the individual states.

The inept bungling of the Federal Government and the violation of the rights of the people, the media, and the states is of a grave concern. This incompetence and rights violation is not limited to the current disaster unfolding before us. The Federal Government has over stepped it’s limitations in nearly every aspect of society, from denying the states the right to defend themselves, to forcing socialized medicine on the people at the expense of the people.

I could go on a rant for pages but I am getting ready to celebrate the Independence Day of our country this weekend and just want to leave you with this link to the Federalist Papers so you can read them for yourself.
